How to Track Your Order

Step 1: Check your inbox for a shipping confirmation email from us at ateliercerise@inbox.eu This email contains your tracking number and a direct link to track your package.

Step 2: Click the tracking link in your email to see real-time updates on your shipment's location and estimated delivery date.

Step 3: If you did not receive a tracking email, please allow 1–3 business days after placing your order for processing and dispatch.

Delivery Times

We currently ship within Australia only. Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after your order has been dispatched, depending on your location. Deliveries to regional and remote areas may take longer. Delivery times may also vary during peak periods or due to carrier delays.
